Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, or need to notify us of any faulty products, you must notify J Coleman Wholesale Butchers Ltd within 24 hours of the delivery date. We will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund or replace any faulty/substandard items that you are not 100% satisfied with. Please contact us straight away on 01206 272270 to raise a case.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, then you must contact us 01206 272270 as soon as possible and or on the same day you placed your order. Cancellations will not be accepted on the day of delivery.
How will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order the same day.
